Since launching the Home of the Week campaign earlier this year, we are overwhelmed with the success and drastic reduction in void periods Landlords are seeing.

On average, we are receiving 5 enquiries per dressed property – within the first hour of launching on social media networks – which we are then able to cross-sell on to another apartment.

Not only is this further reducing void periods but also building up a growing pipeline of properties to be staged.

All of our video walkthroughs are shared on YouTube, social media platforms, email enquiries, and with all of our partners.

As we have seen great success with this campaign, we have tentatively launched a similar campaign amongst student properties.

We are pleased to share that X1’s Property Stage & Dressing team has successfully secured over 30 provisional tenancies for September 2021 thanks to the staging of 5 shared student accommodation bedrooms in Liverpool over the past week.

The team has already dressed and staged apartments at X1 Liverpool One and X1 The Studios along with instructing professional marketing photography and video walk-throughs.

The same will be carried out at X1 Borden Court and X1 The Campus over the coming weeks and we are currently making final updates to the show apartments in these properties.

At the time of writing, we are filming virtual tours of X1 The Edge and X1 Arndale House in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin and look forward to sharing these with you in the coming weeks.

As X1 Chapel Street and X1 The Campus are at full occupancy, we will be completing the same exercises at these developments in the Summer including professional marketing photography and guided video walkthroughs.

We remain in partnership with overseas student accommodation providers and will continue to liaise with student landlords directly upon receiving an application from an overseas student.
