Here at X1 Lettings, we will now be offering flexible contracts on our shared student accommodation halls. Read on for more information!
Which shared accommodation sites does X1 Lettings have?
X1 The Edge and X1 Arndale House. Both are located on London Road, and have cluster flats for between 3-8 people.
Where are they located?
Both X1 The Edge and X1 Arndale House are within walking distance of LJMU and University of Liverpool campus’. This means less public transport which in turn will help limit your need for public transport when commuting to lectures. Both sites are also under a 10 minute walk to Liverpool City Centre, however there is a Tesco directly below X1 Arndale House.
What about Covid-19?
We understand that these times are completely unprecedented. We will be offering extra cleaning packages for shared accommodation as we understand that not everyone will be booking with a group of friends. We have also teamed up with UniKit who will be offering 10% off all your move-in essentials, including PPE! If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact one of our team so we can help.
How much are the rooms?
We are going to be reducing rent by £15pw!!! So you can get a fully furnished, double en-suite room, all bills included, on-site gym, tenant loyalty card and a complimentary Netflix package for as little as £95pw. We will also be offering flexible contracts. We know some of you will be concerned about university start dates, you might want to potentially defer or it’s just a bit stressful to commit to anything right now.
