If you weren’t sure about whether to go to university this year or not, now is the time to decide. We might sound biased but amidst all this madness, having something to look forward like moving into student accommodation might actually be a good thing. Plus can you really be bothered to stay at home for goodness knows how much longer?
Here’s a little guide to all of our student accommodation in Liverpool and Salford to hopefully sway you in X1’s direction. We would LOVE to have you.
London Road
We have three sites dotted up London Road. X1 The Edge has recently undergone a refurb, and seeing as it’s Covid-19 we are offering flexible contracts and cheaper rates for September 2020. The triple threat! X1 The Edge and X1 Arndale House are a 5 minute walk to Liverpool John Moores university and even less time to a Tesco, making life ever so convenient. X1 Borden Court is our cheap and cheerful site, with prices starting from just £50pw. Truly unbeatable!
Liverpool One
X1 Liverpool One is our most central student accommodation site in Liverpool. Stepping out of the door and into the city – it really is a fantastic location. The benefit of X1 L1 is that it is all studio apartments, so you can keep your environment just the way you like it.
Plaza Boulevard
We shouldn’t have favourites, but it’s hard not to with views like these. X1 The Courtyard and X1 The Studios make up the student accommodation sites in this plot. X1 The Courtyard has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, so a more post-grad feel than some of the other sites. X1 The Studios is more similar to X1 L1 with, as you can imagine, a whole building of studios. Plus a gym and freshly refurbished games room. Sadly we don’t have much available in these sites anymore, but we still urge you to get in touch if these tickle your pickle.
Salford
For those looking to come to the University of Salford, we have two options for you. X1 Chapel Street for shared student accommodation (although there is only room left here!), and X1 The Campus. X1 The Campus is literally a stones throw away from University, so another roll out of bed at the last minute kind of job. X1
Your decision
It of course depends on your thoughts and feelings for the year ahead. We can only imagine how tricky a period this must have been for you. But if you do come, we can assure you that we will up the ante on competitions and giveaways to keep that community spirit up. Plus our loyalty card is growing week on week, so even if you can only eat and drink with your own household, at least you can do it at a discounted price.
