The National Landlord Investment Show is the UK’s leading landlord and property investment exhibition and is now in its 10th year, with shows taking place across the country since the event’s inception in 2013.
Each year, around 25,000 property professionals within the UK Landlord and Investor Market come together to connect, learn more about industry developments, network with like-minded individuals, celebrate excellence and explore the fantastic services offered.
This year, there have been 83 fantastic live shows within major cities throughout the country for the UK’s leading landlord and property investment exhibition.
The season finale on November 1st at the Old Billingsgate in London was a huge success, with the team here at X1 Sales & Lettings in attendance.
The event hosted 100 exhibitors from across the buy-to-let and private rented sectors, along with 50+ expert seminars and 3 panel sessions, and our X1 Team were there to offer first class advice and support to those on their property investment journey.
The National Landlord Investment Show 2023: X1 Sales & Lettings Seminar
Our Director of Off-plan Sales at X1 Sales & Lettings, Denis Murphy, delivered a fantastic seminar at The National Landlord Investment Show 2023 finale, titled: “Investing in the North West – Smart Money” .
Denis is an expert with 14 years of experience within the property and investment sector, and shared his knowledge of the off-plan, lettings and resales market, which you can watch below.
Within his exciting live seminar, Denis discussed the growth of UK rental properties and what this will do to already falling property prices in 2023 and 2024, as well as how the North West market differentiates.
Focusing on the Manchester and Salford markets in particular, property expert Denis stated “We might be about to enter what will be later referred to as the buying opportunity of this decade”.
In addition to Denis’ live talk, there were plenty of other excellent seminars and panel debates by leading industry experts within the buy-to-let community who helped to make the day such a stunning success.
Despite this year’s season calendar having drawn to a close, registration for the National Landlord Investment Shows in 2024 are set to open shortly so make sure to keep an eye out.
