The team here at X1 Sales & Lettings are proud to announce that we took home two awards at this year’s International Property Awards on the 10th of November. 

It is a huge testament to the hard work and dedication of our teams that we were able to win the  ‘Best Sales & Lettings Agency’ for Greater Manchester along with the ‘Best High Rise Development’ award for X1 Media City Tower D. 

This world-renowned award show celebrates the highest levels of excellence in property, real estate, development, architecture, interior design and marketing, and we couldn’t be prouder to be 2023 winners.

International Property Awards 2023: United Kingdom

The International Property Awards were first presented back in 1993, and today are one of the most prestigious awards across the globe. 

These awards are split into different categories including Architecture, Development, Interior Design and Real Estate, and cover 9 regions which include Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, USA and the UK.

The awards are supported by 15 professional bodies from across the world and are independently judged by a panel of over 50 independent experts.

This year, we attended the International Property Awards 2023 at the Marriott Grosvenor in London, where there was a fantastic champagne reception and gala dinner. 

Our team at X1 celebrated with other companies within all sectors of the UK property and real estate industry, and it was a pleasure to be part of this reputable programme of awards.
