Every student studio apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and includes:
• A double bed with under bed storage and with bedside table and drawers
• A double wardrobe
• Sofa, dining table with two chairs, study desk and a chair, wall-mounted TV
• Integrated kitchen with complimentary appliances (Oven, Hob. Microwave. Toaster. Kettle)
• Ensuite bathroom and shower
A lot of amenities included
All utility bills are included and there’s complimentary Wi-Fi, so we’ve got you covered! In particular, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are included for all tenants.
At X1 The Campus you can enjoy the use of a free gym, available in The Campus Block One to use 24/7 with secure fob access.
There are communal laundry facilities that allow you to check the status of your wash from the comfort of your room.

What is the council band of X1 The Campus' student flats?
The Campus is in council tax band E - however, students are exempt from paying council tax whilst in full-time education.
Do I have to pay a deposit to secure my room?
To secure a room a deposit of £250 is payable and is protected by the DPS. Reposit is available and is capped at one week's rent - we would encourage you to discuss this with a member of the team
Are bills included?
Yes, all bills are included for The Campus' student residents.
What is the EPC band of X1 The Campus' apartments?
X1 The Campus has an EPC grade B-C.
What are the tenancy details?
• NO holding fee required
• One month’s deposit entered into a government protected scheme (DPS) OR
• Reposit available capped at one week’s rent
• Payment of up to £50 if you want to change the tenancy agreement
• Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above Bank of England’s base rate.
• X1 The Campus is in council tax band E - however students are exempt from paying council tax whilst in full time education.
• Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy
