Our in-house Marketing Team will visit your property to take professional photographs and utilise our Giraffe technology to create 3D walkthroughs and floorplans of the property. They will also create a write up of the fixtures and fittings of your property as well as the local area and its amenities.
2. We advertise your property on the UK’s largest property websites
Your property will then be marketed on a range of platforms to ensure that it is getting maximum exposure. All enquiries will be answered by the dedicated Enquiries & Viewings Manager for your property, and they will book in viewings for the property as soon as possible in order to minimise void periods.
3. Our best agents will carry out the viewings
The viewings will be carried out by the same member of staff to ensure consistency and knowledge expertise. Following viewings, any applications will be sent to you to approve and start the ball rolling on getting an applicant moved in as soon as possible.
