Step 2 – Submit a Deposit for Your Preferred Student Apartment

After finishing the application for your state-of-the-art student studio, you’ll be directed to PayPal to submit a £200 deposit. This deposit is crucial for securing your reservation.

⚠️ Important: Your booking isn’t confirmed until you complete these steps within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and a refunded deposit.

Step 3 – Designate a Guarantor

Once your deposit is received, our team will be promptly informed and will reach out to you. All students need a guarantor for renting, so provide the name and email of your chosen guarantor. We’ll send them a brief form to fill out.

Step 4 – Verification Process

Once your guarantor returns the form, both you and your guarantor will be verified by UKTenantData. They’ll communicate directly with you and your guarantor for the necessary information.

Step 5 – Sign Your Student Apartment Lease

Upon successful verification, you’ll receive your tenancy agreement via the UKTenantData online platform. Before signing, review the agreement carefully, and reach out if you need clarification. Remember, this is a legally binding contract.
